*take a pan & add coconut oil
*fry all eggs for 2 minutes
*add mustard seeds& fenugreek seeds into the same oil
*add ginger garlic and saute well
*add green chilli&red chilli
*add curryleaves
*add chilli powder&turmeric powder
*add fenugreek powder&Mustard powder& saute well
*add eggs into it and saute well
*add salt
*add vinager & cook it for 1 minutes
*add suger 1/4 tsp
*turn off the flame & serve it (serve it after two hours for better taste)
